Yes! All garments are pre-shrunk before printing. We recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low to keep your gear looking fresh.

We begin processing orders quickly. Contact us at info@useunderpressure.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

US orders typically ship within 2–4 business days and arrive within 5–8 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. International shipping takes 10–21 business days depending on destination.

Yes! All US orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. International orders do not currently qualify for free shipping — rates are calculated at checkout.

Absolutely! We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note customs/import duties may apply depending on your country.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. You can also track via the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

Email us at info@useunderpressure.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1–2 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
